INTRODUCTION
The wood debarkers is suitable for many kinds of wood,can shell different varieties of tree,different diameter and shape of wood,can be applied in large,middle and small scale paper making factory,pulp mill,wood chipping factory,wood processing factory,forest,lumber yard,artificial board(such as plywood,medium density fiberboard and so on).
Our factory produces three kinds of wood debarkers,they are the drum wood debarkers ,groove wood debarkers and ring type wood debarkers.
[Working principle of the drum debarkers]Put the log, tree branch of wood into the roller, closed in feeding baffle, start the machine, clockwise direction, wood rolling with the operation of the machine, that knife can peel the skin off the wood. After 15 minutes, open the material,shut down the machine, and then start the machine and baffle counter clockwise operation two minutes, stripped of the skin of wood can automatically send out by roller. Stripping net rate can reach 95%.
[Application]
Can shell the small diameter wood with small head diameter 1.2cm, big head diameter 7cm, at the same time can
discharge the bark.
[Main Features]
1.Adopt to four-side edge blade, easy to use, the cost is low ;2.The knife dish by hydraulic pressure control, advanced structure, reliable performance ;3.Feeding mechanism variable speed of frozen material, bending, eucalyptus, oak wood, elm wood to skinning tree species have very good skinning effect. Skinning clarity, productivity high, high wooden little injury.
